Korea Logistics Research Association (KLRA)

KLRA is the top research logistics association in Korea and keen to develop the latest scholarly research in all aspects of logistics and supply chain management and the association is formed on 30th September, 1991.

KLRA is also involved in cutting edge research with the ports, manufacturing plants and also participate with different research applications with universities in Korea and overseas institutions. KLRA would explore the role that technology could play as it relates to people management. Just as building physical infrastructure is an important part of our strategic planning activities, enhancing collaborative partnerships in areas where technology intersects the future.

KLRA mission is to become the premier institution in the research of logistics and supply chain in solving problems in the domestic and global arena of logistics. This activity should leverage our strengths in these subjects and position the Institute as a leader in educational innovation as it relates to idea creation and product development, both nationally and internationally.

KLRA fully understands the influence connections between technology and policy making processes. The opportunities and challenges presented by technology and the impact of policy on the effective use of technology in promoting global peace, stability and quality of life have never been more critical.
